Understanding Social Interaction and Communication
Join us for the third in our series of 10 parent information and support sessions. We'll be looking at sensory differences experienced by autistic children, and how these can affect their experience of the world, and behaviour. We'll look at ways that we can understand and support sensory needs to reduce discomfort and overwhelm.
Evening Session - September 23rd 2026 - 7pm - 9pm
Who facilitates this session?
This session is delivered by our QQI-qualified instructor, and led by a Registered Intellectual Disabilities Nurse with extensive experience in autism and behavioural support. Our approach is warm, strengths-based, and neuro-affirming; grounded in the belief that every autistic person deserves to be understood and supported as they are.
